HAPPILY IN THE SNOW

It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness. And is a fact that happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions. But above all, happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. And I am extremely grateful to have enjoyed such a special day as I was able to share a few weeks ago in the snow, with people who bring and fill your life with happy moments to remember forever. So be happy with what you have and are, be generous with both, and you won't have to hunt for happiness.

No es lo mucho que tenemos, sino lo mucho que disfrutamos, lo que hace la felicidad. Y es un hecho que la felicidad es cuando lo que piensas, lo que dices y lo que haces está en armonía. La felicidad no es algo confeccionado. Viene de nuestras propias acciones. Pero sobre todo, la felicidad es la experiencia espiritual de vivir cada minuto con amor, gracia y gratitud. Y me siento sumamente agradecida por haber disfrutado de un día tan especial como el que pude compartir hace unas semanas en la nieve, con personas que aportan y llenan tu vida con momentos felices para recordar siempre. Así que sé feliz con lo que tienes y eres, sé generoso con ambos, y no tendrás que buscar la felicidad.
