BEING SEDUCED BY THE SKYLINE OF MADRID

In any city with skyscrapers, lots of skyline, the sky seems vaster than it is. It's called the sky illusion. I can't remember if I was seduced by a mirage or finally I was who seduced the blue sky. Maybe because the beauty of the sky doesn't try so hard to seduce and impress, I guess that's why all of us can't stop looking at the skyline and continue dreaming. Because the sky is always so different and crazy, and we all like a little bit of that in our life. From the top of this terrace at Zenith restaurant, one can see the Pozuelo mountains bordered by the Madrid skyline.

En cualquier ciudad con rascacielos, un montón de horizonte, el cielo parece más inmenso de lo que es. Se llama la ilusión del cielo. No puedo recordar si fui seducida por un un espejismo o, finalmente, fui yo la que sedujo al cielo azul. Tal vez porque la belleza del cielo no intenta forzosamente seducir e impresionar, supongo que por eso todos nosotros no podemos dejar de mirar el horizonte y continuar soñando. Debido a que el cielo es siempre tan diferente y loco, y a todos nos gusta un poco de eso en nuestra vida. Desde lo alto de esta terraza en el restaurante Zenith, uno puede ver los montes de Pozuelo bordeados por el cielo de Madrid.
