Life is Really Simple
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.
Why!??
All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, respect, justice, honor and hope.
Sometimes we should express our gratitude for the small and simple things like the scent of the rain, the taste of our favorite food, or the sound of a loved one's voice.
For that reason my key to dealing with stress is simple: just stay positive and stay focused.
Do things with love and harmony ... and love will surround you.
But more simple above all that:
Do things that make you happy!!!

La vida es muy simple, pero insistimos en hacerla complicada.
¿¡¡Por qué!!?
Todas las grandes cosas son simples, y muchas pueden expresarse en una sola palabra: libertad, respeto, justicia, honor y esperanza.
A veces debemos expresar nuestra gratitud por las cosas pequeñas y simples como el olor de la lluvia, el sabor de nuestra comida favorita, o el sonido de la voz de un ser querido.
Por eso mi clave para lidiar con el estrés es simple: simplemente mantenerse positivo y enfocado.
Hacer las cosas con amor y armonia... y el amor te rordeará.
Pero más sencillo que todo eso:
¡¡¡Haz lo que te haga feliz!!!
